Todays blog is going to be focussed on our Transformation Groups explaining what they are with a detailed explanation of each aspect of the programme.

We have been running the transformation groups for over 7 years now and have changed so many lives for the better in that time.

But our service has transformed itself for the better over the years too. We have always had the mission and ethos of changing peoples lives for the better but the way we do it now is focused around the following things….

Building Strength. Building Confidence. Building Friendships.

This is ultimately how you TRANSFORM FOR LIFE. Having achieved all these things along your journey as a client means that you should never have to invest in a personal training service again.

I will be going into detail about each aspect of the Transformation Groups that we help you with. They are...

The amount of people who we come across who don’t have a clue what to do when it comes to training, whether it be how to perform an exercise with proper form or how to design a structured training programme which allows you to progress - we have all bases covered.

We aim to teach you correct technique so you can perform each exercise optimally for your goals but ultimately to prevent you from getting injured in the long run. 

We don’t just show you an exercise and expect you to get it first time without any help. We coach you step by step and explain the what and the why of each one. Even though you’re in a group setting we treat you like a personal client to the best of our ability.

On our transformation groups you are guaranteed to get stronger than you have ever been before whilst probably training less frequently than you have before. Its providing you with the education and structure to allow you to progress in the right way.

We help you cover all bases when it comes to your nutrition. Covering how many calories and macros you need to be having to work towards your goals.

Taking away the stigma of good and bad foods, helping you understand that a diet doesn’t have to be bland and boring.

Especially for any of our clients who are in a calorie deficit to lose weight we ultimately show you that you can still eat tasty food whilst trying to lose weight.

Finally the part most people struggle with, Lifestyle. This is something that will impact your training and nutrition in the process.

Do you struggle managing your social life around your diet? Because thats what most of our clients struggled with when they first started. What we teach you is how to still maintain some form of social life with it not interfering with your routine and goals.

Are your activity levels low? Do you sleep well? Again these are parts of your lifestyle that we help you improve as being more active and sleeping well will lead towards a healthier lifestyle and help you progress overall with your training and nutrition. 

So as you can see our transformation groups aren’t just your run of the mill group sessions. We aim to change your life for the better helping you achieve your goals along the way whilst becoming the strongest and most confident you’ve ever been. Oh and you’ll make some friends along the way!
