First of all, we would like to say Hello and Welcome to our blog,

Don’t worry!

We won’t be posting random blogs on the regular about useless topics that confuse you, instead we aim on providing quality educational blog posts and articles to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Most blogs will spam you with repetitive content every week or maybe even every other day, however we will only be talking about topics that really matter to you!

Even better we won’t be regurgitating the same content over and over just for the sake of it. Once we have done a blog or article on a set topic, it will be left here so you can easily find it and refer back to in the future if necessary.

We will be providing you with content that’s actually helpful with educational articles on nutrition, training and lifestyle management, alongside the odd guest post from other professionals within the industry.

We know how frustrating it can be when you’re being bombarded with tons of information for various different sources which makes it extremely hard to decipher what’s true or false, so that’s exactly why we aim on doing the opposite with our blogs.

We want this to be a place where you can go and get the information and answers you need without having to search the entire internet to end up with multiple bias and mixed views and opinions.

We are all extremely open-minded coaches at RikFit and we aim to do our very best to argue both sides of things whilst still concluding with the best answer we can to help you.

Hopefully now you’re starting to trust us as a place to source credible, beneficial content, and if so, we would like to continue by telling you a little bit about ourselves.

RikFit is a completely private coaching business that has your goals as our main priority.

We provide a number of services ranging from one on one coaching, to group coaching, to online coaching.

We also provide educational content on nutrition, training & lifestyle management via social media, consultations, blogs, E-books and much more.

The great thing about us is that we are a business built on a basis of providing the best results and upmost care for our clients, which sadly seems to be quite a rare occurrence within the health and fitness industry in our current day and age.

We aim to provide realistic and truthful advicethat educates all of our clients and followers in order to empower them to achieve their goals.

As a result of this we have transformed 100s of clients both physically and mentally along with helping tons of people with our educational content.

The crazy thing is that we’ve done all this so far and it’s only the beginning for us!

We won’t go into too much detail on this welcoming blog but hopefully you’ve read enough to understand that we are here for one simple reason… and that’s to help YOU!
