This template includes everything you need to plan for a session from the exercise selection you desire depending on the style of session. Also, how many reps sets and how much rest is needed between each set.
Once you have planned the session you can log how much weight/resistance you lifted in the S1-S5 boxes (if you planned 3 sets you would fill out S1-S3 etc).
